The translation agency Traduspanish uses state-of-the-art technology in its translation and quality control processes, such as Trados, the most advanced terminology and translation management tool, to ensure maximum consistency in both the translation and terminology of your documents.

It is important to distinguish this type of tools, called computer-assisted translation tools, from machine translation tools.

In some cases, the use of computer-assisted translation software is recommended. These programmes allow translations to be “stored in memory” for a given client, terminology glossaries to be compiled and translations to be adapted to the specific terminology of each client. This ensures the consistency of the translated text, whether it is a stand-alone text or the entire corporate documentation.

In the event that a document sent by a particular client is similar to a previously translated document, the programme allows us to analyse that document and, in the case of repetitions, apply the corresponding discount for repeated words. Traduspanish DOES NOT use automatic translation; it DOES use IT tools that improve the management, production and final result of the translation: translation memories, glossaries and/or glossaries provided by the client, terminology databases and documentation of all kinds.
